Passionate about great food & drink
James first came on to the cooking scene at age 16, as an apprentice working under the Galvin Brothers. After this, he worked his way round the London food scene, recently leaving 1 Michelin Star, east London restaurant, BEHIND, as Head Chef. Drusilla’s Inn is his first solo venture, a reflection of his personal vision and passion for changing the perspectives of modern British cuisine.
Our vision is to create a space where every meal tells a story, every drink sparks connection, and every visit feels like coming home. Join us as we blend tradition with creativity to offer an unforgettable dining experience that celebrates both flavour and community.
